Episode 3: Tricia McCabe

tricia

Dr. Tricia McCabe is Associate Professor of Speech Pathology at Sydney University. Tricia is an internationally renowned academic, clinician, and researcher with a particular interest in speech across the lifespan. When two lecturers in speech and its disorders get together, guess what happens? They enthusiastically dive down the rabbit hole that is verbal dyspraxia, comparing and contrasting childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) and adult acquired verbal dyspraxia as they go. Take a small sip (chin down) every time you hear the word “motor”! ResT assured, this is an interview all speechies will enjoy (especially the bits about cats and cricket).
